All well apart from the lift from the Lambton Quey entrance wasn't working one night, and there was no signage or indication about what to do . Fortunately a couple of security guards took me to the James Cook Hotel to use their lift and walked me to the Terrace entrance . If they had not been there I do not know what I could have done . Some information would have been helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for four days on our first visit to Wellington. The hotel is very well located in the heart of the city. A clean room, friendly staff and beautiful view on the city made were a great accomplish for our trip and overall experience. I can recommend this hotel.

Stay was comfortable. First time eating dinner at the restaurant and It was excellent. Still no complementary water in the room. was charged $19 for water. I'm sure as an Accor member you use to get free water in the room?

Everything about my stay was just average. The front counter people were fine, the room was tidy but I wouldn't say it was clean. My bed was simply the worst bed I had slept on in my life, I found myself making a bed on the small couch at 2am. I travel for a living and I will not be chasing this or any other Novotel again.

We only stayed the night but service was efficient and fast. The room was perfect for our needs. The bed was very comfortable - the usual consistently high standard. Buffet breakfast offered plenty of variety. The location was perfect for us.

The rooms are ok, beds are lumpy, but clean. Staff are polite, reception is good. The restaurant is not good. Service is polite but very slow and the choice on the menu is very very limited, expensive and not very tasty. take the elevator downstairs and eat elsewhere

We had a great weekend in Wellington staying at the Novotel. The hotel has a great location, right in the middle of town and easy walking distance to a number of attractions, warm comfortable rooms, good service, and a great buffet breakfast in the mornings.

We stayed for 3 nights in October 2020 on the 7th floor. We had a great view. Service was good, except not being told about the lift down to Lambton Quay and the food menu using QR codes. We ate breakfast here, which was yum. Car parking in the prime carpark was easy and convenient and cheaper than with the Novotel. We will stay again.
