We had a family trip and spent 3 nights at Novotel Wellington. It was well located with lift access to Lambton Quay. Limited facilities onsite but the city access makes up for that.

Always a nice stay, handy to everything on either The Terrace or Lambton Quay, rooms are clean and tidy. Food of good quality, and beds are really comfortable. Staff are friendly. Breakfasts are good.

The room booked and confirmed was unavailable. Instead, we were offered a room that could sleep 2 people and our 3 year old slept in the bed with us

We did enjoy our stay however felt a couple of things let the whole experience down. The beds are super uncomfortable and while checking out I asked for a print out of costs prior to paying and was told I get that after putting payment through! I put payment through only to find I was overcharged over $100! I am unsure how much the staff enjoy their jobs. No one seems to smile or be that friendly.

was good but our first night the shower wasn’t working waited for a while the next day to move to another room and so we packed up everything to move it would be nice if yus upgrade room to a better room but the room we move in too I’ll just say the first room better

Great service when we got to the hotel and we could go to our room early which was awesome. Stayed 2 nights, room was not serviced and had to ring reception for fresh towels. Bed was very uncomfortable and I would seriously suggest it is replaced, not sure if it was innersprung or what but it felt like a lot of the springs were broken and there were holes in the mattress. Bought some cereal to have breakfast in our room, but there wasn't even a bowl or spoon. For the price we paid $590.00 for 2 nights I was expecting a whole lot more.

I was stressed about being stuck in Wellington due to extreme weather. I felt bad that I was unable to work this weekend and I let my team down. Silvia at the front desk was very kind and sorted out a lovely room. I felt a lot better. The room was wonderful and the breakfast was perfect.

air-conditioning do not work , properly room was to hot and AC would not cool it down.

Needed accommodation following cancellation of flight due to weather, and was grateful to be put up for two nights. Everything was great, except the mattress in room 204 is due for replacement - has a hollow from years of use that was not comfortable.

I stayed overnight for business. The room was well appointed and clean. The staff were helpful. As an Accor club member, I received a free welcome drink which was appreciated. The room had a harbour view, a desk, large bed, flat screen TV. The bathroom was nicely furnished although not super-new, with a shower over a bath - I have no complaints though. Only thing missing - a nespresso coffee machine in the room
