Upon arrival my family and I were greeted by lovely desk staff, polite, welcoming and professional, rooms were clean, modern and tidy, beds were comfortable, rooms were perfect temperature and had lots of pillows. The pool was clean, warm and perfect for my children, booking the pool is a fab idea as it was not crowded and we could relax. Breakfast was lovely, salmon and sausages were a particular favourite for my family. Close to amenities, free park. We are already planning our next stay. Well done 👍

Suited my needs for the night. Rooms are spacious. The shower wasn’t the best as the shower curtain closes around you meaning you are constantly touching it which feels horrible. Couldn’t operate the plug in the tub to drain after so removed by hand. Shower head touches the ceiling too which may limit direction for some.

We've stayed before and like the hotel. The breakfast is great and the pool is a great facility in a good value hotel. This time we had one broken bed, and so we had to change room. The room cards rarely worked for the friends who stayed with us, and the reception staff were not overly helpful, given that this was a known issue. We would stay again, but it wasn't the best stay.

From the moment I checked in I felt relaxed and reassured by the friendly staff on shift. I left my watch behind by accident and on calling them, I received a call no more than 20 minutes later confirming they had found it. Great service. Super thankful! I will be staying again when visiting Cranfield with work.
