Nice Novotel and well located, pulling into the car park in a modern day sized car is very difficult and is one way so would cause huge trouble if something came in whilst you were trying to get out.

I stay at Leeds Novotel every month for work and it’s always clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is 10/10.

Room clean and tidy, one of the lifts was out of service but didn’t seem to impact too much. My only feedback was space for breakfast was a bit cramped, could do with a redesign of that area.

This was a stay for one night to visit a show in town. Have stayed before and the last stay, 3 weeks ago, was a little disappointing but this stay, following contact with the hotel, could not be faulted. Easy check in, very clean room, all amenities worked, room was quiet. Breakfast was sound as it had been before. Staff pleasant and accommodating.

overall great - good sleep no noise so sound proofed well - also a bath in the room - the only negative was the keys - i had to go back down to get changed as didnt work and when i went to the gym the key for me or no one seemed to work to get in

All good. Location was excellent for my purposes being 5 minutes from the station which I was using every day. Room comfortable and quiet. All staff whom I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Arrived at 1.30 the room was ready, we entered our room and it felt cold so we immediately put the heating on and it didn't take long to warm up. We were in room 101 and the view wasn't great but that wasn't an issue. The bed was comfy but the pillows were not the greatest. Breakfast to next day was amazing for an extra £15 but the option were a plenty. Carpark was £18 which was disappointing as I thought as a customer it should come free. All in all I probably will stay there again because it is closed to restaurants, pubs and shopping.

First time to Leeds and this was a well located hotel...minutes from the station and also a short walk to the main city square and restaurants. One issue was during breakfast, the tables were not cleaned fast enough and guests were admitted without knowing which tables are open. More organisation required here.

Room was fair and clean. The gym did not open until 7am which means I didn’t have time to use it in the morning before work. There appeared to be no reason for this whatsoever as is was not being cleaned and was not supervised. The restaurant was open from 6 to accommodate those needing food………..!
