Good hotel but the tolls are expensive. If you are coming from the airport you pay tolls twice. If you go downtown Indaiatuba, you pay toll once on the way and once on the way back. At least they reimburse one toll per car if receipt is shown

the hotel was good infrastructure wise, but the location, coming from Viracopos Airport was terrible because you must pay 2 tolls in order to get the the hotel, that is nearby the airport.

I had everything I needed. I think the hotel doas’n need to wash every day all towels, I used them but hung them out. Breakfast great, and very good bed.

My impression about my room is OK, but the room needs be cleaner better. On the bathroom wasn't clean. the shower tiles were dirty, with slime, black dirt. Unpleasant.

Not great. The toll issue and cost along with trying to get to and from the airport was horrible. Food was not that good. Bed not that comfortable. Room tiny. Service was good and shower had pressure. Only good things.

This place has a lot of differencials compared with other IBIS - dinner, rooms for rest, gym room, decoration. This attraction compensates a little the costs with the toll so near.

The hotel did not reimburse the toll charges, although it has advertised on the plate. You have not warned this fact on the site. I was required to consume to use toll payment credit. In Brazil this is illegal. The staff speaks loudly in the hallways. I am an IBIS customer and have never been treated that way.
