We liked this hotel very much, and appreciated its cleanliness and neatness generally. We especially liked the breakfasts, particularly the fresh oranges and custard tarts.

Though the location is good it is not easy to get to the entrance so it makes it difficult for Uber drivers to find the entrance to the hotel and instead wait at the shopping centre below. Another thing that would make the stay more comfortable would be to have a fridge and or a kettle in the room. Thanks, Sangeeta

Stayed overnight before heading back home. I have specifically asked for communicating rooms. It was confirmed by email and by phone on the same day and when I got there, they were not communication and we couldn't use the sofa beds in the rooms. Dissapointing. The rooms are big and practical. The staff was very friendly.

The experience was good, the hotel was well-located near public transport, and we could get to the centre in a few minutes. The hotel fulfilled our expectations, except that wifi was not free. The personnel spoke Spanish and was so kind. It was a little bit difficult to find because of its location inside the mall centre, however, the free parking was a valuable point.
