The hotel met my expectations as a convenient logistical hub and sufficient accomodation for a short stay. However, we were unpleasantly shocked by the treatment from some of the stuff, which was on the edge of being rude and neglecting. I think this was absolutely unexpectable towards us, who are the guests and who pay for the treatment. Moreover, on the level of human attitude. Do wish you to focus on training of yous employees

The housekeeping service was not good. Room was not cleaned properly. Didn't change the bedsheet even though I had requested politely. The staff said she will do it. But when I got back, it was not done. Also, the shower room has a poor design. So much Water would seep out during shower. I had to ask for towels to clean up. The room size is also very small for 2 people with luggage.

You get what you pay. Very basic hotel but with good location. Did spend much time in the room but a bit disappointed not even one English channel on tv.

Our room and bathroom was small but comfortable clean and well maintained. The shower had good water pressure and was nice to use. The breakfast had a good variety. Staff was friendly. Short walk to the tram and metro makes the location easy using public transport.
