Never stay here. We paid for 2 rooms and 2 parking spaces in August 2025 for 3 nights. Two weeks after our visit we received a fine in the post detailing that we parked there without paying. After countless emails and phone calls with the hotel and the main Accor customer service telling us to ignore the letters as they would contact them to let them know everything had been paid for, after 5 months, the problem is still not resolved and we are being threatened with court action! I don’t know how many more times we will have to call and try to resolve this to get it out of the way but the management don’t seem bothered that they are causing undue stress by not taking action as we have been threatened with bailiff and court action for a charge paid for from the beginning! Not worth it!!!

I would give 0 stars if possible, worst experience staying in this hotel, filthy smoke smelly rooms, washrooms looks like it’s never been cleaned, rude staff members, people allowed to sit and drink alcohol in the lobby, very unsafe to stay here as a family. Had to fight at night 11’o clock to change room, heating the rooms don’t work, provided with a fan heater and the temperature outside was -1 degrees. I am aware it is a budget hotel, but never thought it would be this bad. Should have gone to Premier Inn next door, sat shivering in cold all night after paying nearly £80 a room. Avoid at all costs !

Nice location I always stay at this hotel but only thing I think is unacceptable is having to pay early check in fee just because a room is available especially because I stay in this hotel regularly

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Reception works 24/7 which is great. The rooms are small but have all the things you need. Overall I'm satisfied.
