You never get the right name detail on the invoice in spite of frequent discussions you seem incapable of making changes on your system.

This hotel suited our needs for a quick overnight stop. Beds were comfy & en-suite fine. Surprised the plain walls didn't have a picture or two. We didn't need a full meal so it was handy having Macdonalds nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our Continental Breakfast at Ibis & thought it good value.

Once the problems when booking in were overcome the remaining stay was ok. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the staff were helpful.

We were very comfortable & thought the price was reasonable. The Continental breakfast was exceptionally good value. It was handy being near Macdonalds as we did not need a full meal. We did not try the pub nearby.

There wasn’t any staff around when checking in. Had to wait a while to be able to get into the room but once into the room the Bed was super comfy and room was clean to a high standard. There was no batteries in the remote for the tv. Overall was a lovely hotel

Wasn't exactly sure how to sign in as there wasn't any one at reception, room was clean an comfortable, could do with more milk an tea bags for morning tea.

We had to wait for several minutes before we could check in and we're then pleasantly surprised when we were offered free breakfast because of this. Downside of ibis is I find the staff over friendly and trying to be chatty which seems like a company policy and it irritates me.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and bedroom was very comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of variety on offer. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and will visit at a later date.

We were expecting a much more basic hotel , so we were very pleasantly surprised by the decor and size of the room and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable , and the room was warm without being hot . It is possible to open the window a little way if you want . All the hotel staff we met were welcoming , efficient , professional and helpful. We would definitely stay again, thank you for a vet pleasant stay.
