I stayed for four nights. The room was good [but I would have liked the aircon to make the room cooler], TV good for UK channels but sound a bit muffled, my premium room had tea and coffee, I prepaid breakfast, very good wifi, very quiet at back of hotel, good breakfast with cooked and continental options. Staff very helpful. Clean and comfortable. Chose this hotel for its location just outside Gare du Midi and good access to all parts of Brussels.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The reception staff were particularly helpful in looking after my needs and directing me to a good restaurant. The bedrooms on both occasions of my stay were spotlessly clean and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Very conveniently for Brussels-Midi, easy check-in, spacious, comfortable and clean room. Modern decor, decent bed linen and windows that open fully. Views and noise levels as expected in a city and big hotel but very good breakfast selection and kept well maintained.
