It was very short stay for us but we really loved the friendly service of reception and very helpful in answering our questions. The room was clean and tidy, very budget friendly and cosy.

Nice and quiet, but no consideration for my gold status (hotel seemed not fully booked, but yet no room upgrade, no reminder about the free drink, etc.)

Overall it was just an average stay compared to my past stays at IBIS. To start with the all Accor app when dialling the phone from call the hotel option on app it adds the country code twice and ends up with a wrong caller each time. It turns to be a personal number of someone. The hotel has a note to call the receptionist from the car park area and it ends up in a wrong number. Finally I walked to the reception to get the parking sorted. The guy at the reception that evening seemed impatient. He also charged me a wrong amount though I showed him from the app that I had to pay only 190 Euro and he charged me 230 Euro saying it’s city tax. I was surprised and was exhausted and paid up as I wanted to sort it with someone else the next day. The next guy was super helpful and sorted it in no time and refunded the money. City tax just about 1Euro something. The breakfast was very basic, atleast good to have some veggies in the spread. Eggs were minimal bowl and was being refilled so many times and guests kept waiting. Rest stay part in the room was decent and location is comfortable as well. The app needs to sort the direct call option from Front page as it always adds additional country code. This ends in wrong number. When you dial from Property page it seems the right number.

I would avoid Namur but for sure not return to Ibis. No heat in room. No refrigerator. No tissue. No closet. Bathroom is a modular that might have come from a small RV. Maid service questionable…no soap in dispenser (friends had no toilet tissue). Only one restaurant within 6 blocks. Breakfast marginal.
