ROOM - Clean & functional. Thin walls not very sound proof. Shower jet too hard (narrow). ELEVATOR - Did not work 50% of the time there. BREAKFAST - Good & plenty choice. Omelette too dry. PRICE - Expensive for what it is.

Great location. Not too far from Namur railway station. Sound proofing was quite good as it managed to block out loud music from nearby event. Unfortunately there was work underway and the lifts were not working and there was dust and debris on the stairs.

Room a little disappointing. Do not like concrete walls. No bedside tables.

Stayed for two nights. Reception staff pleasant and domestic cleaning of bathroom area was excellent. Breakfast area cold for June and selection overly expensive compared to all other Ibis hotels I have stayed in. Lift was being repaired for much of our stay. My partner was recovering from a broken ankle and this was very inconvenient for her. Notice given a few days before our arrival was disappointing and there was no reimbursement for the inconvenience. Stair areas had a strong paint smell along with some spillages on the carpet. The room was okay but with very basic fittings. Bed was clean and comfortable and the shower was very good.
