We stayed six nights, for a mixture of business and leisure, in this absolutely fabulous hotel, which is walking distance from many of the main sights. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and every member of the staff we encountered was wonderful. Dinner in Wild Honey at St James, their Michelin starred restaurant, was awesome! Special mention must be given to Augustina, who checked us in with great friendliness and politeness, for her special attention to detail and for making us feel so welcome and special - thank you! We definitely plan to stay here again!

No iron in room and tv much smaller than the 55" advertised. Both of these are stated as standard in the room we booked but we not there or not correct.

Nevertheless we sincerely regret the inconsistencies you encountered during your stay. While our rooms are equipped with an iron and ironing board upon request, we apologise that this was not communicated clearly or provided promptly in your case. We also regret your disappointment with the size of the television and are reviewing our room descriptions to ensure accuracy. Furthermore, we deeply apologise for any misunderstanding during the event you attended. This does not reflect our usual standards, and we are addressing your feedback with our team to prevent future occurrences. I went there with my daughter aged 11 and she was there to perform at west end and was also her 11 th birthday. The staff at the hotel made us feel extremely welcomed and the way they made my daughter feel special was amazing she has the best memories and I’m so grateful. Would definitely be remembered and will definitely go back . Would recommend to anyone great hotel and staff .

I had the most amazing time at Sofitel London St James. I will be returning and highly recommend. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating especially to my brother who has a disability and moved around in a wheelchair. The staff was very prompt with any requests. And guest relations Ginny & Rika was amazing! They surprised us with the sweetest balloons & gift along with heartfelt notes congratulating us on our newest addition to our family! Thank you Sofitel for accommodating us for such a long stay!
