Our stay was sufficient, central to everything you can want and need. The staff were friendly with every interaction. Only downside was the bedding was stained, room was quite dusty and there were hairs in the bathroom, the ceiling also had stains. I never brought it up with staff cause it wasn't too much of an issue. Thank you for having us though! Didn't ruin our experience whatsoever.

Well located for the venue i was attending, the reception was nice & quiet and chill and was checked in immediately. My room was clean and on the third floor which i was grateful for because that’s what i wanted. My only problem was and this is so small was the toilet roll there was barely any at all and for someone who is an introvert i probably wouldn’t have come down to ask for more, just a full one next to the one in use would’ve been great. Pillows were so comfortable the bed not so much but I can’t really complain because it is so affordable and in the city centre.Overall I had a great stay. It was quiet and chill the only noise i heard was from people across the street at the bar & some cars but you’d expect that in the city centre on a weekend. I heard no noise from other people staying at this hotel. Thank you so much!

Two night stay. We attended a concert on the second evening. Good location for Oxford Road Station and Canal Street. Museums, restaurants and shopping just a short walk away.

We arrived and were greeted with a smile, the receptionist that checked us in helped us with tips on how to get to our concert and was up for a laugh! Later in the night we forgot our key in the room and the night time receptionist was also extremely helpful and offered tips and advice on what bars were worth checking out. The room had everything we needed for our short stay. Check out was an extremely easy experience. Would definitely stay again!
