We stayed here for one night ahead of a concert at the Arena. A lovely welcome by the receptionist. Our room was on the 6th floor and was spotlessly clean and , a good size with a comfy bed . The bathroom was compact but had a good size shower. We experienced no noise from other rooms or corridors. The breakfast was a bit haphazard... Tables were slow to be cleared and food and cutlery slow to be replenished. The dining room staff are what let's this hotel down. A great location with the Arena and Stadium being within a few minutes walk. The shopping g outlet is next door with a range of eateries. The locality felt safe. We were pleased with our stay and would definitely stay again.

Upon arrival the staff were very polite & friendly and the restaurant looked very inviting. The corridors & floors outside the room were shabby and unclean however the room itself was good except for under the bed had not been cleaned & the tap in the bathroom gave off a strange smell. The bed was comfy enough for two nights but wouldn’t want to stay longer. This was my first experience in an Ibis hotel and if you’re on a budget it’s good enough 👍🏻

I stayed at ibis last night. I initially made a mistake with my booking, but the general manager and reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The beds are really comfy and the rooms are clean—overall a great experience! Priced very good.
