From the minute we stepped out of the car, we were greeted with smiles. All the staff were ever so attentive, from holding the doors open for us, to escorting us during meals, they are genuinely happy to help. The service was perfect!! We were even offered complimentary massages and a welcome gift from the housekeeping staff. The grounds and facilities……colonial decor meets style and class, with perfectly manicured gardens, and beautiful touches of decoration. The pool is spacious with plenty of lounges, the spa was welcoming with treatments at a reasonable price. Breakfast offered a large selection for all palettes and again great service with very attentive staff. We tried dinner in both restaurants, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying again in the future.

The Sofitel had welcoming, friendly & helpful lobby staff, from the desk to the doormen. Hotel is well maintained & set among beautiful landscape. The morning breakfast was wonderful, with option for anyone's taste. It was a little crowded at breakfast but a table was always available. Our room was clean & comfortable, although getting a bit tired. The bathroom was clean with a nice shower. There was always a tuk tuk waiting to take guests into town. The gift shop could use a few ordinary things, like sundries (sunscreen) and maybe some snacks or drinks, but otherwise it was a very nice hotel.

I have travelled far and wide and stayed in many 5 star resorts. This hotel is by far my favourite. The resort is stunning, the food - especially the breakfast buffet has the best selection I have ever seen, the staff the most courteous and attentive, the pool a tropical oasis and enormous! The manager personally greeted us to ensure we were comfortable and were having a great holiday and we were impressed by this personal touch . We are definitely returning for our next holiday! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and for those ticking off bucket list items, Angkor Wat and several temples only a very short cab drive away.

ソフィテルは、以前バンコクで滞在経験あり印象が良くシェムリアップの宿泊ホテルとして選びました。 想像以上の快適空間とサービスにとても満足しています。 朝食バイキングは、種類が多く美味しく頂戴しました。 無料レイトチェックアウトもとても助かりました。 1つ残念な事は、洗面所の蛇口の使いにくさと洗面台下のゴミ入れ（ペダルで踏んで開けるタイプ）は要検討項目と思いました。
