Location and staff are great however rooms and entire complex are very tired and are in need of work. Not what you would expect from an Accor venue.

We have stayed in the Ibis Katherine before and have found it to be a friendly and easy place to find. The rooms are a good size and are always clean. The bathrooms do look a bit tired and old but they are clean and user friendly.

Very Poor, no restaurant or bar service, not informed when booking. Tv in room not working, Radio alarm not working, no hot water. Booking site claims 11am check out, received a phone 10.15 call telling me otherwise. Treated rather tersely by staff on departure. Not impressed.

It’s been a year since the last visit - COVID-19. The family rooms are well maintained and have most needs. The new mattress protectors add to the comfort.

Average stay! No room service provided at the weekend at all. Restaurant closed, depressed and frustrated atmosphere apparently due to cost cuttings as per manager's advice.

The door to our accommodation didn’t work and ended up falling off the hinges onto the ground. Lucky the glass screen door didn’t smash all over the ground. The aircon did not work properly so we were given another room to sleep in at night.

Enjoyed our stay, the welcome gift was both unexpected and enjoyed. The price was reasonable for what we had. Bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. In this day and age (and climate) it would be nice to have the air con switched on before we arrived. The water pressure in the shower was lacking but overall a good stay and would return. Also car parking was outside the room and a large security gate restricted access and made the complex secure.

With all accor experience my experience is not really pleasant especially when I called your customer service and discuss my concerns with them I have been talking to your call center agent for almost 30 mins because he doesn’t know anything about the territory voucher that I was discussing with him, I’ve used up all the money on my prepaid sim and my concerns has not been solve.
