I’ve was very disappointed to see that a flag like Ibis don’t really care much about their facilities. The room was dirty! Toilet shower box had hair in the drain, glasses filled with stain. It looks like was never properly cleaned. During my all stay I was surprised to see that under the bed and rest bench was completely dirty, filled with dust which looks like it was there for months. I was expecting the cleaners to clean it during my stay, but it never happen. Electricity socket on the left hand side of the bed was falling apart and USB plugs didn’t work. TV veza support made of wood was to the point of fall too. It was really wobbly and me and my partner was very careful to not touch it. For the price I have paid, I was expecting more! I have choose Ibis because of its reputation. For sure I won’t make the same mistake. Apart of that, the reception team was really nice.
