Welcome and good times lie ahead as you enter the foyer . There you find reception, an interesting Hollywood prop, a bar and cafe that seem popular with an after work vibe. The duty manager quickly found our reservation and directed us upstairs The lift to the rooms is secure with your door card In your room everything is fresh and clean. Good use of eco friendly options in the bathroom, and a large comfortable bed . Big windows and a flat tv . Plenty of good hot drink options possible with what is supplied in the room. We would stay again when visiting Wellington. Another plus is that the Ibis is a short walk to the railway station with connections to the airport

Everything was good, value for money 100%! Clean, warm, comfy, great staff members, even when I checked in a bit late they were fine with it. In the morning when I asked whether I can fill up my water bottles, not only did they say yes, but they chucked in a bit of ice and some lime for free :)

Very comfortable, well located hotel in the northern part of the city close to good shopping and tourist attractions.

We stayed for three nights in a comfortable room on the 8th floor. Had the interior designers managed to fit in a slightly bigger bathroom and a small table with two chairs, a five star rating would be applicable! Notwithstanding, the room aircon/heating worked quickly to warm the room, the beds were the usual high quality Accor Hotel standard, as was daily housekeeping, clean bathroom, fresh towels each day. Enough room to tuck away luggage (to keep it out of the way of the house keeping staff) under the bench and desk. A hot buffet breakfast was offered as part of our package and it too was up to the usual Accor Hotel standard. The room had an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, extra pillows and a blanket stowed in the wardrobe. The hotel was well located in the north of the city, one block from Queens Wharf and a pleasant walk over to two museums, the Cable Car and all the fashion clothing stores. And the Lego store!

The hotel is clean, tidy and has all you need for a short stay. The continental breakfast is very simple yet adequate, but not sure it’s worth $30 per head. There was no hot water for three mornings in a row, besides colleagues and myself letting reception know every day. Got used to cold showers!

We stayed on 21st APR night at ibis Wellington. Reception lady staff was too bad attitude and with no polite and no hospitality. I advice you "ibis head office", You should train your staff more for improvement! For your reputation. This problem is only ibis Wellington, or whole your hotels?
