The rooms were very claustrophobic with windows that didn't open. The aircon wouldn't cool down for night-time (but it heated the room well on chilly evenings) and it was phenomenally noisy so that we had to turn it off to sleep - but wake up sweating and "airless" several times during the night. The shower was tiny but adequate, the water pressure wasn't the best but again it was adequate. There was nowhere in the bathroom to put anything - no shelf, no vanity, etc. The mattress slid off the base if we tried to sit up in bed to read and rested weight against the wall. The cost of these indifferent surroundings was eye-watering. Good things included central location - right where we needed to be for the 4 days, and the bed linen which was gorgeous. Also, downstairs the coffee was brilliant, the seating was comfortable, the lunch we enjoyed as a family was pleasant, and the bar was welcoming in the early evenings. Not sure the whole experience was worth the extortionate pricing, but we are home now...

We've had a very good stay here. Friendly staffs, amazing restaurant personnel, well-located and spacious rooms. I can give them a 10score however during checkin, one of the rooms i booked for family was not yet ready by 2pm. Not really a big deal but given how tired we were that time, this was something hard to forget. Overall, still very satisfied staying here.

As a Accor member and I booked 2 rooms for 2 couples. We were only given one free drink for each room. So I embarrassingly had to go to reception and asked for our 2 other drinks. At check out I was charged full price for breakfast when through Accor it should be 50% off. Again very embarrassing with people all around us and having to wait for the staff member to check with management, the discount was applied. Also we had to wait for cutlery and butter at breakfast.

I phoned a couple days after booking to book my car into parking, which a very helpful staff member did for me. Unfortunately, when I showed up, they did not have the booking for my car. Luckily there was still available space and I was able to be given a carpark. This could have turned into a terrible situation that all could have been avoided IF the appropriate people are booking when they said they did. Please ensure staff are doing this. Otherwise everything else was wonderful! Room very clean and tidy. Bathroom very clean and tidy. Soundless accommodation. Beds comfortable. Channel selection great. Food delish. Parking easy.
