We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness, comfort, and quietness of your room, as well as the shower and overall space. We do appreciate your comments regarding the breakfast coffee. Please be assured that we are currently in the process of upgrading our coffee machine to improve the quality and overall breakfast experience for our guests. Your feedback is valuable and helps guide these improvements. Regarding online check-in, we understand your frustration. When a booking is prepaid, online check-in is indeed a faster and more seamless process upon arrival. However, for bookings that are set to pay at the property, additional steps are required at reception to complete payment and verification, which can take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we continue working to streamline this process. I appreciate your honesty and am sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced on arrival regarding your room allocations. I sincerely apologise that, despite contacting us months in advance to confirm your rooms were together, this was not reflected at check-in and that you felt your concerns were not properly listened to or reviewed. I completely understand how disappointing and inconvenient this would have been, especially when travelling with family.
