No faults with this hotel, great friendly professional service from staff. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Had premium room with canal view, lovely view. Great room, love the bathroom pods. Massive bed with such a comfortable mattress and the softest pillows and quilt. Excellent location very near/walking distance to all attractions. Lots of places to eat nearby and supermarket nearby. Would highly recommend and definitely return.

Clean, good breakfast but poor experience for wheelchair users

We paid for a premium room but were pushed towards non premium but accessible room. We insisted on the premium as the other had zero view. But why can’t somebody on a wheelchair have both? It is unacceptable. This was made worse by an extremely steep ramp of about 1 in 4 slope to get to the lift for premium rooms. Again, totally unacceptable.

This hotel is very well located away from the hustle and bustle but close to all the attractions. The tram and metro are walking distance. The breakfast was amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend a stay here.
