Rooms were well air-conditioned/heated. Clean rooms. Firm bed that was just right. A decent sized TV with enough content to kill time comfortably when needed. Friendly and helpful staff at the 24 hour service desk. Chinatown and Emporium just outside with plenty of food and shopping options.

Overall happy with my stay. Check in/out was easy, staff were helpful, room was clean, bed comfortable, good wifi, overall facilities were good. Only gripes which are minor: The sink was in the corner of the bathroom which made shaving difficult, and the tv/info screen randomly turned itself on in the morning which disturbed my sleep.

The foyer and reception area was overly warm and hectic. Even staff complained about the temperature. There were many customers and minimal staff and only 2 reception desks. We were given an upgraded room which we appreciated from the helpful staff. However, just as well as the room was very small. The king size bed was comfortable and the room itself was cleaned well by staff thx. Unfortunately, there were minimal curtesy items. Particularly for women, there was no appropriate sanitary disposable products which makes it so difficult for cleaning staff. Issues regarding late night disturbing antisocial behaviour and reliable support/backup from in-house staff/security is a concern.
