The location is excellent and very convenient. However, check-in was a bit slow as there was only one staff member at the front desk, and no explanation of membership benefits was given. At check-out, we were provided with the wrong parking voucher, which caused issues when exiting the car park, and we had to return to the hotel to resolve it.

The check-in process was very smooth. But this was the best thing that happened. The room allocated was nice, but did not cater for 2 adults and 1 child. The room allocated was a twin double with no extra bed for our son. We asked the front desk, and they were not much of a help. Upon asking, they told us to upgrade the room for a cost, where the booking clearly mentioned 2A1C. The amenities provided were also for 2 occupants.

Welcome message on the tv in my room was another persons name for the duration on the stay. The phone in the room was not connected - unable to call reception . The room had not been vacuumed as there were bottle tops, hair clips and clothing labels under beds and desk.
