I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and very lush. The gym was well set up and the Blossom rooftop bar was lovely. I loved where this hotel was located. It was extremely convenient. Unfortunately the staff service is the reason why I did not award a 10. They seemed to lack initiative and did not greet us. The guy near the bag counter just looked into space when we walked in and we found the reception is tucked away. The hotel staff seems to depend on guests using the online check in measures so there is less personal involvement for service.

I came to stay here for my mum’s birthday, and it was just lovely from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were so easy and smooth, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay. The room was very practical but also beautifully designed. I absolutely loved the colours and overall colour scheme even the details on the walls were thoughtfully done. The ambience of the room was calm, stylish, and welcoming. Everything was spotless, very clean, and it all felt new and well cared for. The service and staff were wonderful. They even left a handwritten note with chocolates on the table for us, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture and truly made the day feel extra special. We also really enjoyed the rooftop bar we had a couple of drinks and some food, and it was a great space to relax and celebrate. Honestly, there is nothing to fault. There wasn’t a single thing missing or anything I didn’t like. It was a perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend this place to others
