We loved staying at the Pullman. My two pieces of feedback would be - have the rooftop bar open everyday! Would be great to be able to have breakfast up there. Room service for cleaning is very late in the day. The staff are delightful and the rooms are clean.

Great location and friendly staff. Beds were pretty hard but clean and neat. Awful room decor (wall art and carpet, why are hotels like this?) but that’s all objective. For an otherwise nice hotel it makes it feel tacky. Kids pancakes at breakfast were terrible, like rubber I don’t even know how that’s possible to get so bad. Everything else was great, a nice weekend city stay with the family.

I stayed here for business purpose. The location was good and staff professional, not all were friendly. They have 2 restaurants and have room service however restaurants are closed Sunday and Monday. If you can make food for room service why wouldn’t you open restaurant. Menu is limited and apart from the pizza there really isn’t anything exciting about the menu. It is good that there are lots of options to eat around the area. The money they charge for food is absolutely not worth it as it isn’t that great. Room service food always came up cold. I was charged twice for my stay and the young girl at reception insisted that I wasn’t, even when I showed her my bank statement with 2 transactions. She just shrugged and said to speak to my bank. After taking this further I was told I was right. “We did charge you twice”. I have to stay here for work but if it was by choice I probably wouldn’t.
