We didn't really understand the Accor Ap and were handed the "30% off" sheet which the people in Blossoms saw but didn't let us know how to use it. Not their job I suppose. We've signed up for another year (then ongoing) with Accor so next time we'll be wiser, but I think we could have had some help from the Blossom people - we did stay for a pizza and drinks, if we'd understood the significance of the flyer we would have had breakfast with you too. But now we know.

We had a mixed experience this stay. Usual staff in the lounge provided excellent service. The floor we were on had a persistent damp moldy smell, this has been consistent for the last few stays. The toilet in our room made a terrible noise when filling the solution was just to turn the tap down to reduce the flow, not to fix the issue. We also requested an additional suitcase stand and because of language issues had a lot of trouble explaining what we wanted at the front desk One day our room wasn’t properly made up, this was addressed by management and I received a bottle of wine as compensation. I had to extend our stay twice because my wife was in hospital, the processes and resultant bills were hard to understand and I’m still waiting (5 days later) for an explanation of the final bill and our laundry charges. I’d appreciate a response. When ordering food and drinks I didn’t get given my loyalty discounts consistently. Some staff asked others didn’t. I assumed it would be part of the profile and should be automatically applied. The charges for the additional nights stays were much higher than the original booking, which just smacks of taking advantage. The Pullman is our first choice for Melb city but I think it is getting tired and is in need of a refresh. Location won’t be enough if the standard isn’t maintained. if it wasn’t for the lounge we would look elsewhere. You have some exceptional Staff. Ralph in the lounge is consistently great and provides excellent service and remembers guests from previous stays. Overall it was a really mixed experience
