It was a fantastic experience, special thanks to Mrs. Lamies, she is a wonderful person, our daughter loves her, thanks to Mrs. Silvia, she is very cheerful and friendly, thanks to Mr. Ahmed in the Cafe, very helpful, and take a very good care of my family, I can not forget mr. Mahmoud at the swimming pool he is very friendly, he always take a good care of my daughter. Last but not least, mr. Hany during the breakfast was very friendly and always asks for the feedback.

First time to visit Ismalia. Mercure is one of the best options in terms of service and location among Ismailia hotels. Staff were friendly and very helpful, their service and attitude matching Accor standard. Rooms and reception were renovated

Our experience at the hotel exceeded expectations from the moment we arrived. We were warmly welcomed by Lamis at the reception, whose professionalism and friendly approach immediately made us feel at ease. She efficiently handled our check-in and provided us with a detailed overview of the hotel’s facilities, including leisure areas and dining options. She also took the time to highlight kid-friendly choices, which was greatly appreciated. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and had all the essentials for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the thoughtful amenities, reflected the hotel’s high standards. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends. We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit.
