First of all, the gym is gone. Then the restaurant is under construction but the the notice on this sounds as great news - no, it is not good news that the restaurant is not available although I was not aware of that. There are no vegetables at the breakfast; not salad, but good vegetables. The boiled eggs are just hard boiled. The billiard is awfully maintained. No shampoo, but a soap that will do all. Just 2 bags of decaf caffe in the room. A bottle of water simply disappeared upon my return.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time and commenting our hotel. I am very sorry about the inconveniences please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We are sorry we couldn't provide the usual selection at our breakfast, however, with the kitchen renovation (which will be ready in a couple of days) we will be able to improve our food variety. Our gym and wellness area has been closed for over two years at our hotel, but we have an arrangement with a nearby gym where they can offer you a discounted ticket. Our reception is available 24/7, and they are happy to help you with these kind of questions. As a member of the Accor hotel chain, environmental protection is extremely important to us. This is why our goal is to get rid of single-use plastics by the end of the year, so refillable shampoo and shower gel will be available to all our guests. Our supplier was currently unable to deliver the products on time, so we have to work with a temporary solution. We apologize for the inconvenience, as we understand this is a frustrating situation. We work hard to learn from your feedback and to improve, for instance our employees constantly participate in trainings.
