Room comfortable - only request is for ‘Face towels’ - my spouse requested but evidently these smaller towels to scrub face not available Otherwise a very pleasant stay!

It all went well.Nice refurbished room, great breakfast. The only issue was the temperature of the water from the shower, which was not stable.

Location ok - a way out of the city centre but still walkable. Room was not maintained very well, soap dispenser not filled up, dirty glasses left in the room and not cleaned, no hand towel present.

The recent renovation of your Hotel was quite a positive surprize to me. Well done! Rooms look livelier and more up to date in design and TV appliance. Unfortunately during the second night of my stay there was a very strong smell of solvents on all the 3rd floor (your reception clerks informed me that it was due to the painting of the stairway). On Tuesday morning I woke up with a sligh headake (probably due to the solvents). Consider that before going to sleep I had left the window open for over 1 hour.

The room was clean and the staff at the reception very friendly.There was good internet connection but few basics were missing in the room such as hangers and the shampoo in the bathroom. A small bottle of water( given that there is no fridge) would have been great.

For the price and its location it is a decent hotel.

I’m celiac, and GF bread at breakfast was just packed together with normal bread: this is unacceptable ignorance in regards of basic food contamination! Shower handle was lose, always falling down!! How could room service not detect such evident issue?? Just 2 towels for all!! First hotel ever down to such a low standard. Wi-Fi was not working, even after trying 5 different codes together with the service desk.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the bed was terrible.

I asked when booking and when checking in not to be close to the elevator as during a last stay the noise of the elevator bothered me. What do I discover when I arrive ? I have one of the rooms that is the closest to the elevator. Was too tired to go back down... Also the ventilation in the room was too loud especially on the last night (although i did not change the temperature of the room) Otherwise it was ok.

Please allow me to present you my apologies for discomfort that you might have encountered while staying with us because of our on-going renovation. I am really sorry that this has partially spoiled your impression of our hotel. The renovation team has strict time constraints as to when more loud works can be done during the week so as to disturb our guests as little as possible. Despite them respecting these timings, I am sorry to hear that this has been a disturbance for you. With the renovation we aim to provide our guests some new renovated rooms and we hope that you will give us the chance to welcome you once again in our hotel so that you can try them out.
