Well located hotel with great staff but tiny rooms

The hotel is located in walking distance of the Colosseum so it's in a really great area. Hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. Room itself was the size of a shoebox and the bathroom was tiny too. Single beds were comfortable but again very small. One of the hotel perks was it's really nice rooftop bar with an amazing view of the Colosseum. Free bottles of water were provided on a daily basis. On the last night of our stay we got a free upgrade to a much larger Privilege room which was a nice gesture of the hotel staff.

This was now our third stay at your wonderful Hotel. It is certainly very well placed being so close to the Collosseum, with the facilities very satisfactory including your rooftop bar area. What made our stay extra-special were your wonderful staff. We spent a fair amount of time up on the rooftop and your staff made our time there very special - they are a credit to your organisation and we wouldn't hesitate to book another stay the next time we are in the Eternal City! Thanks once again for making us feel very welcome.

The hotel had a great view of the colosseum. The roof top pool was good on the warm days of our stay. Great place to watch the sunset. Central location. Check in was seamless.
