Just one night, but very comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant handled the Covid regulations well.

As always when staying with Accor our experience of the staff, extremely helpful and friendly, and our accommodation was very satisfactory. However, upon arrival our bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked there being hairs in the sink. We brought this to the attention of reception and they immediately transferred us, even upgrading our room. We appreciated the way the problem was dealt with and appreciated the upgrade but still feel that in the current circumstances more attention should have been paid to the cleaning, especially as Accor rightly place a lot of importance on this aspect on the website.

Reception team should be trained better - on check in receptionist was 100% certain room was paid for ad it was grom « booking.com » even when i told her no it wasnt.. housekeeping need to work with reception on departures to not disturb a guest - at 11am housekeeper knocked on door not even noting who it was with mask pled away from face - simple question would have sufficed if she’d called reception to see if room wad vacant or not - especially as a do not disturb sign on door!!!. For the times we are in do not understand why no housekeeping service but ok. Location great and rooms comfortable but focus on training your staff Why is it also i can book on booking.com for cheaper rates than your own site? Defies the purpose as you pay commission to the OTA - sth definitely you need to look at as i am sure you could be maximising your ADR/ Room rates better
