I lived at Sofitel Jinan for 4 months. During this time I've met special people who helped me a lot. In the Club, special thanks to Sarah, Cindy, Mia and Alex, for being so supportive and caring ❤! To Amy, the frontdesk Manager, for everything she has done to make me feel comfortable, many thanks too!! The staff is generally very kind, efficient and helpful. Finally, I'd like to thank and congrat Mr. Uwe Guemmer, General Manager, for the great work he is doing in the Hotel.

From front desk to housekeeping to restaurants/bars staff I’ve always met very professional, kind and helpful staff. The hotel is pretty old and would need to be refreshed, especially the rooms, but the overall kindness of the staff made my stay a pleasant one, worth it of “higher” luxury hotel chains.

overall is good except the entrance door key card need to go to reception for 2 times then can open the door.
