Superb service, wonderful stay

It was the perfect experience. I had an early flight into Jinan and was greeted by Victor. I previously informed the hotel that I would be arriving early and if I could do an early check in. Upon arrival, they had already prepared the room and was able to do a check in. The room was clean and big. When I went down to the concierge and was pleasantly greeted by Hannah as I wanted to go to a nearby mobile shop to get a mobile sim, victor took the effort to call the shop to ensure that I could go down to that particular store knowing that I was a foreigner and that not all Stores could be well equipped to get the SIM card working. As I had some trouble booking a taxi, in the absence of a Local SIM card, Hannah offered to accompany me to the store. Service standard of the hostel staff is stellar. Greetings are warm and sincere and truly heart felt. Keep up the good work, definitely will be the hotel of choice when I return back to Jinan

Very good Lounge on the 47th floor!
