I booked this hotel to allow my family arrive hassle free at Rabat airport since it is about 7 km away. the hotel has a tinny parking lot and it cant fit more than 8 - 10 cars. the concierge was nice to allow me park in front of the hotel to be able to leave the parking at around 3am in the morning. you have to hand over your car keys at the front desk, otherwise your car would block someone else car. We booked 2 rooms and asked for portable heaters since the heating was not working. and they had only one portable heater available for the entire hotel! Food selection in the restaurant is limited and quite pricy. it has the same prices as in Europe! My other room was charged a bottle of coke even though it was not consumed. instead of scrapping that from the checking bill, which eventually they did, they asked to sign a paper for that!. ... for a coke !!!!! The hotel needs some refurbishing overall. on the positive side, the hotel is located at reasonable distance from Rabat Ville train station. staff is restaurant and in lobby friendly

I had a 1 hour exfoliation. I have never had one. Charifa was amazing. I did a steam bath, then the exfoliation , then a manual a rub. I was able to keep the mitten she used. Then a 5 min body mask. She also scrubbed. Y hair and conditioned it. I highly recommend this!

Good hotel, but some of the rooms have a moldy smell

This is a well-located business hotel with good facilities. Rooms are cookie-cutter type and comfortable. I was first assigned Room 314 which had a strong mold smell and broken faucet in the tub. I moved the next day to Room 305 which was marginally better with a milder mold smell and a fully functional bathtub. Be aware that groups use this hotel and try to time your breakfast arrival earlier or later than them as the breakfast room is not that large. Don’t be hesitant to mention to staff that the buffet needs replenishing - it takes them time to tend to it. Wi-fi was stable and very good.

Awesome stay for a first time in Rabat, with a very good location in the city, easy access to the tram, or the medina by foot. The personnel were very attentive to us, thank you very much! We did a massage with Fatima, she does good massages!

Rooms not suitable for stay

After checking in, we tried to enter our room but the door was stuck to the flooring & it was impossible to enter the room. Went back to the reception & we were given another room across the hallway but this one had two double beds instead of the King/Queen bed we had booked. We were told that was what was available. The bath tub did not drain after a shower that evening so they sent someone to fix it. The next morning the same problem recurred . The reception had no explanation nor an apology for the inconvenience caused.
