The staff, especially Khadija M. , are warm, generous, and helpful. She was there, it seems, every morning with coffee and every evening with wine, ready to pour. I appreciate having stayed in this perfectly located hotel. Good food is here but there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Lots to see and do.

This is an excellent hotel. The room is updated and clean. It's situated at the heart of Rabat, near the attractions and many good restaurants. Speaking of food ... I want to let you in on a secret. The hotel restaurant has its own pastry chef. I didn't expect that in a hotel. The biggest surprise is that he is not just good, but excellent! I was part of the tour group and the hotel set up a buffet for us. I noticed there are many French pastries and they all looked in-house prepared. Yes! The chef is at the dessert section helping the customers to choose. Everything is good, and I tried several items. There are many good cafes and bakeries around. But I feel it will be difficult to find one that rival this hotel. Personally, I would say the chocolate torte is to die for. It's that good. I'm so impressed, I asked the manager if I can take a picture of him with the chef. (By the way, in the photo, between the chef and the Napoleon, is a plate of round breads. I see them in the French bakeries, and really like them a lot. But I don't know its name. It is cream filled. Maybe some of you knowledgeable travelers know and can teach me the name of it. Thanks!)

Hotel experience ia good, the room is big. But the hotel itself is alrwady outdated, its old and needs to improve the elevator and security locks on tbe door.

This is a very clean and beautiful hotel, the whole staff was amazing and very nice. The highlight of my trip was the amazing bartender Youmes. This is a must stay especially for foreigners, the bartender knew every drink and is very skilled. The food and drink is also delicious and best I had in Morocco. Ask for the Youmes special!!!
