The hotel is really weel situated. The rooms a large and clean. The furniture, though, was a little drab and could use a refreshment. Despite being non smoking, my Room had a distinct smoke smell so I am guessing it hadn't been non smoking forever.

When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist Omar told me that the hotel was at the full capacity which was not the case. So I asked him if he can give me a room in the highest level possible he told me that it’s all booked. He gave me a room in the first floor that wasn’t properly cleaned the shower was clogged I called them and Mr Abdellah came and apologized and gave me a much larger room in THE HIGHEST level in the sixth floor he was very professional and helpful.

very good stay. staff was extremely professional and accommodating. Food and service for breakfast and in the restaurant was fantastic. only issue with the say was with the air conditioner in the room, the staff attempted to fix it twice and it was better but it was still not working correctly.

Centrally located, with very kind and welcoming staff. Some limitations in terms of resources (e.g. parking space - although with very welcome valet service - ; tables in certain peak times at breakfast). The quality of the mattresses is a notch below Accor's standards. The bathtubs are extremely slippery, I understand that they shall be replaced by showers, which shall certainly a positive improvement. In general, a pleasant stay in Rabat.

I stayed at Le Diwan for 3 weeks and had a wonderful stay. The location is central in the city, the hotel was quiet and clean, and the staff were most accommodating. I had trouble with my wifi the first couple of nights and without any fuss, the Le Diwan staff transferred my belongings for me into a new room. 10/10 customer service!

unfortunately , it was not a very good experience. The room was very small. with no tea set (boiler) and the carpets had a somehow bad smell.

It was all good. Staff were extremely friendly. Room was big and clean. The only bad thing was the bathroom, it was dangerous. It should be a modern one instead of bathtub
