Lovely hotel, Breakfast layout was great, however, this was let down due to the hot food being cold. On the evening of our stay we decided to have a drink in the bar. A young team member saw us walking towards the bar as she was leaving the bar, we were stood for nearly ten minutes before getting served to which at this point there was quite a queue behind me. Room was fairly clean, however the smoke alarm on the ceiling was thick with dust.

Mercure London Bridge is a great hotel in an excellent location close to Tate and Borough Market and away from busy areas of London with great connections to Tube stations. What draws us to this hotel is the great service and on this occasion we were again provided with wonderful customer service from Mathew. Mathew was very helpful with our specific needs and went out of his was to be helpful. Our stay was made very special with Mathews attentive and proactive service and has been a great ambassador and needs recognition. Thank you Mathew for your wonderful service and we will be back.
