Quick visit to London with my partner. We chose this hotel based on the location. The lobby area is very welcoming and so was the staff. The rooms were clean and convenient for the one night we were in the city. The walk to main attractions is short and even nicer when the weather is nice! The highlight of the stay was the breakfast in the morning with many choices for all taste. Will definitely be back on my next visit in the capital.

We came to the hotel to watch the Euros with my friends and would definitely be back! Service is great and the team super helpful. We had some food from the restaurant as well and I 100% recommend the pizzas, the nachos and the jumbo prawns! Well done to the chefs.

I was given another customer's room to start with. A bit akward when I realised I was in someone else's room and discovered their things... The receptionist said she was 'sorry'... then they gave me another room with less amenities. I didnt even have my Nespresso machine! the shower head also didnt work well. not the average stay. but I slept well.

We are ALL Accor gold members and we're travelling with my 78yo mother. I called ahead to see if they could upgrade her room or atleast ensure she had somewhere to sit other than her bed, which they said they would - but when we arrived the room was not upgraded and they said it wasn't possible. I had to ask for our welcome drink vouchers - there was no recognition of our status or any real effort to look after us that we could see. The most frustrating part of the trip was the fact that the breakfast I had paid ahead for with the rooms wasn't recognised and I must have gotten asked 4 or 5 times to prove it.. I ended up going to the desk and showing the receipt for the booking that was made through the all accor app which clearly stated I had paid for breakfast.. it was frustrating that I had to chase this down 3 times until someone rectified. While the location and breakfast were good, the rooms were just OK and not particularly clean. The restaurant pricey and the food really average (should have checked the google reviews). Would probably not stay here again at this price.
