Breakfast was very nice, room was clean and spacious however the bathroom was old and dirty it needs remodelling. 5pm time time wish there was more treat. The lack of shuttle service to bus station or ski station was a big minus.

Quite good - Disappointment at the check out.

Hotel was fine, clean and confortable. ANYWAY, when arrived our room was downgraded (because of some technical porblems) from a superior (prepaid) room to a stadard room. The guy at the check-in counter informed us CLEARLY that at the check-out we were going to be refunded of euros 60 for each night spent at the hotel, so in total 120 eruos. Despite this at the chek out just 60 Euros was refounded (instead of 120). This was was certainly very disappointing...

Enjoyable stay, good breakfast. A few minor issues - only two towels, four guests. No hair dryer. Two tea bags and not replenished when used. Etc The serious issue was an electrical socket hanging off the wall with the wires exposed at the back. I hadn't realised until my 4 year old son was holding it asking ‘dad, what’s this?’ This could have ended very badly, thank fully not.

We were sent in a separate building, without phone in the room to call reception. We complained during our stay but no one cared. We were left 2 days without even soap, called the reception from my mobile and no one bothered. In fairness couple of people were very kind, including one guy who offered to bring my luggage. But the rest of the staff was rude and careless and couldn’t care less of our complaints. This was a quite expensive stay (more than a 1k for 3 nights) and the level of service/facilities was totally inadequate. Absolutely won’t return nor recommend it to anyone.

We booked "SUPERIOR ROOM WITH MOUNTAIN VIEW, BALCONY, 1 DOUBLE BED AND TWIN BEDS" . We only found out that the twin beds were sofa bed upon our arrival. The sofa bed was hard and not comfy to sleep on. After checked in at the receptionist, we were required to bring our own luggages to another building across the road. This was so tiring as there were ice and water on the road and our luggages are heavy. The lift is small and slow. We waited the lift for 15 mins every single time.The wifi signal is also weak and poor. Do note that they are only giving 1 bottle of water per room. Even though we paid for 3 pax for 2 nights, they only gave us 1 bottle of drinking water throughout the stay. Which I find that this is ridiculous. Further,yes, the hotel provides free ski storage. We asked for the locker key at the receptionist and they gave us OCCUPIED lockers. We climbed the stairs up and down for MORE THAN 5 times (the locker room is one floor below of the receptionist). When we first asked for the locker key, they gave us locker #81. When we opened the locker, there were someone else's ski equipment in there. So we went up to the receptionist to change another locker key, they gave us another occupied locker again. And this went on for another 5 times. In the end, the receptionist just notified us that he has no other keys left and asked us to carry those ski equipments back to our room. We were so mad and upset with this as the receptionist could have tell us that there were no empty lockers left and we need not to walk the stairs up and down for so many times. Wasted our time and energy. This has also portraits the hotel's failure in security (as we have access to someone else's lockers with keys provided by the receptionist). They should have feel lucky as we are not thieves. The only good thing about the hotel was the clean room and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.

The hotel located just next to the train station. It was very convenient to walk to the town centre. The staff spoke French and just knew a little English. They were traditional French and were not helpful. There were no amenities provided except shower gel.

We enjoyed the hotel it has a good location in Chamonix. The rooms are nice the hotel is also well designed. Quite nice breakfast too. On the negative sides the dinner was well overpriced for what it was, the parking is fairly difficult especially when you room card does not read well and you have to go back to the reception to correct it while your car is stuck at the door sloped. Also there is a cheaper parking right next to the hotel. The hotel also does not seem to embrace what a privilege room means and that it includes a mini bar refilled every day. We had to go down every day to ask for this. Then the welcome drink covered only one persons on drink for some strange reason and had to pay for the other two person on the room. Never had this at any other Accor hotel ever. These are tiny things that make the stay a bit bitter, although again rooms were nice a spacious and the breakfast is also great.

We have stayed at this hotel for few days. Some of the staff really nice, however some of them not very nice and arrogant. Hotel rooms small with very dated bathrooms. Breakfast is the same everyday - no variation. In general we have reduced our stay and won’t be coming back.

The only bad thing to mention was the presence of a big dog , who was extremely smelly . The owner was very friendly with the staff , Italian guy , maybe he even works there . The fact that the hotel is not very ventilated inside and especially the corridors (elevator , 2nd floor ) made it worse . Of course i don t blame the hotel for this , could happen to everybody .

The male receptionist at the hotel kindly arranged for an earlier check-in when I arrive really early this was free of charge and on checking out he also printed off my boarding pass that I needed before heading back to the airport. He was wonderfully helpful, very kind and I am very grateful - I have always loved the hotel. My room was lovely and thank you to the cleaning staff who cleaned my room as quickly as possible for me to check-in
