Tiles are filty with black/brown layer of scum. They need to be scrubbed with a tile cleaner! The carpet was torn and frayed on the edges and the shower head was broken and would not stay up. Definately not up to the standard I would exepect from Accor Hotels.

Briefly there to work. Staff very helpful. Corridor noise could be reduced a bit and cleaners coming during normal business hours rather than after 5pm would improve it.

1. quality of breakfast has significantly reduced: scrambled eggs doesn't taste good, no more fried or poached eggs, quality of fruits is not good 2. Gym: Peloton bikes in the gym are not connected to the network and weights are really old and shaky - they definitely need replacement 3. General service is not great: As a platinum member - I used to get complementary bottle of wine, coffee during breakfast : I don't get either of them these days. Honestly - I am loosing the reason/interest to book Novotel and my colleagues share the same view. I have been a regular client - close to 7 years . Hope you raise your service.
