For two days the Air Conditioner was hardly working. The room was very hot and there was no reprieve in sight. My room was reluctantly changed on the third day. In another instance I ordered for food and it took more than two hours before I was able to get my food.

Please be informed that we had challenge with our chillers that affected our cooling system. This was as a result of bad current provided by power holdings. This damaged the chillers and the rooms were not cooling. We closed the wing in which the biggest hit was on. We have being on top the situation. This was an unforeseen circumstance and we apologize for any inconveniences caused. For your delayed order, this is totally not acceptable for an order to take two hours. This would be shared with the Management and the concern department would advised. For the first time since I have been using the facility, the room was very hot because the ACs were not working and when I placed a call across to the technicians they told me they were working on it but that didn't work till the next morning when I checked out.

It was a really bad experience and I definitely did not expect this from accor group of hotel. There was Brown water coming out of tap with aircon and geyser not working Even toilet flush was not upto the mark. When I complained to the front desk, they actually said its like this only.

The environment is serene and the lobby is welcoming. However, the hotel appears to require significant maintenance of the facilities to restore its appeal to the customer. The rooms were stuffy, there was mould in the ceiling of my bathroom, the rugs smelt stale (both in the room and the corridors) and there was no dressing mirror in the room.

Hotel was in a great location, easy to get to lots of parts of Lagos. Room was small but well-appointed and clean. Modern bathrooms, and housekeepers did a good job. Main thing that could use improving is the hallways, carpet was pretty shabby and it was not well lit.

The hotel was clean, food was good, service was good. Kettle for coffee/tea in room did not work. Blow dryer did not work either.

It took changing rooms 4 times before settling down. Placed an order for a meal which did not come two hours after I placed the order. I finally had to cancel the order amidst protest from the room service personnel.

it was ok but had a reservation about the hotel standard. An opened milk sachet was kept in the room and after i called the housekeeper, he only removed it without replacing with another.
