The water was too bad that we could not use it at all. The first room was full of smoke smell. We requested for a change and the second had other issues. There was no breakfast as promised; not even one meal. With all these, I can't refer anyone to pay such huge amount and get poor service.

My stay was good (the room and ambience was ok except for the discoloration of the water for bathing), but the meal was nicely put together. The only complaint i have however, is that my points were not added. Find herewith, my number for a possible retro claim: 30…8953.

Dirty water no hot water throughout the entire stay I complained from the beginning and two days in a row I was told that it had been six only to find that it hadn't on my last night I was given access to a room where I had a warm but not hot shower management finally met with me on my last day and compensated me but I would rather have a proper experience and a decent stay that affected me rather than a refund of 190 which was good for the business but zero value personal which meant I still had it let's say with no our and absolutely no personal compensation. management didn't mention removing other items from this bill but when I checked out everything was still there

Worst stay I have ever experienced ! I've spent two weeks in this hotel and I can assure that it was the worst experience ever. First of all, I stayed over half an hour to check myself in as there was nobody at the desk. Then the room is was in has no hot water nor the A/C in it ! I had to change rooms several times (4 times at the total) to finally have a correct room. Following all those events, I've requested to talk to the GM but never heard anything or call me back.

The air-conditioner in the room I stayed was not cool and the room was stuffy. Because I checked in late, I was too tired and decided to just spend the night therein. I informed the front desk officer the next day. The food was good and staff are warm and courteous. I hope next time I am there I will be allocated a better room

This hotel is THE WORST. The pictures on Expedia make it look like a grand beautiful hotel but it is in fact a dark, dingy, damp and mouldy place. It is poorly maintained and the staff are not helpful. A cleaner simply walked into my room and started to move stuff, when I moved she ran out. I told reception and instead of apologising she came to my room to argue with me. Very disappointed. Their ATM stole NGN2000 from my account and when I brought it to their attention they said they didn’t know how to retrieve my money. The air con was leaking from the light fixture, there was no hot water, the carpet was stained, the bathroom was a damp little box with NO ventilation. I made the reservation for two but I got 1 cup, 1 mug, 1 bottle of water. The breakfast comprises of dinner leftovers and burnt croissants. The pool is dirty and is not treated. When you call to request something from reception you have to call multiple times and often still go there to tell them. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. It’s pure GARBAGE!

The hotel itself is quite old, the inside kind of smells like damp all the time, however the staff were lovely and made our two week stay very homely. Most noticeable were the staff members Titilayo, Patricia and Josephine, who made our stay comfortable and treated us well.

This was about my 5th or 6th stay last year and the previous stay was not so great but this last one went even lower. Check-in was delayed unnecessarily. No hot water from the taps. It just wasn't what I have come to expect.

Nice place to be. Keep up the good work. Excellent ambiance, professional staffs. Awesome place to visit if you are a business traveler. The hotel is situated in a serene area. Hotel is safe for children as guest with reduced mobilty is also taking care of by providing lobby toilet for them. Breakfast is nice as it considers local and foreigners. Excellent customer service was provided. Great JOB
