Kept waiting for check in and was checked in at 315. Otherwise there was an alarm at 130 on one of the nights with all patrons outside on the entrance driveway. your staff stayed inside and did not knnep everyone infomed we had to ask the fire brigade could we go back in. There was a lady with a walking stick that got no assistance. Also there is no numbers ptinted on phones to contact Reception etc which is just outright a risk hazard the needs urgent addressing. Met Melissa Fahey who is a delightful ambassador for the Ibis. Hope this feedback is useful.

I travelled with my girls for the first time to Sydney Olympic park and had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Ibis. They were so incredibly welcoming and caring, and provided great service. Is a close location to train station and lots of venues and food outlets. We will be back!!

I guess you get what you pay for! The minute that I stepped onto the dirty carpet in the lift I knew I had made a mistake choosing this somewhat budget accommodation The state of the room backed that up with dust on the bed head and wardrobe, side tables had not even been wiped and had sticky cup marks, dust around all of the skirts, carpet had not been vacuumed, dirty walls. Tho blind was broken and dirty. Luckily the sheets seemed to have been changed or else I would have been requesting my money back and staying somewhere else. I did not expect an upmarket hotel room, but clean should be a standard expectation. i will say that the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Had trouble with check in taking longer than should due to them trying to charge over $200 more than price quoted on phone and email. Also not quick check out. Was an issue but left standing with no communication even when I asked.
