We have stayed before same time last year as we enjoyed our stay. However this stay we found the hotel restaurant still closed (or closed again) as it was the previous year meaning breakfast was across the road at another hotel. Our room was not very clean and we had paid extra for a suite so this was disappointing. We had no phone to reception as neither worked, the room service qr code would not let us order so we couldn't have any food to our room. We did attempt to tell reception however it was always very busy so we decided to just enjoy our time there. We love the location for the event we attended however for spending over $1000 it would be nice to have a restaurant to attend for meals especially breakfast or at least be able to order to our room
