The Novotel Olympic Park, is the ideal hotel for us when we are travelling down for Children's Sporting events, as well as we can park the car when we arrive and use public transportation for all other needs i.e to go to the city.

The hotel was adequate but showing signs of age and general tidiness.

Stayed for a week at the hotel for business. Reception staff were friendly. external areas of the hotel were tardy, the stairs from The Brewery were littered with paper and needed a wash. Not a good first experience. Room was comfortable but tired, bathroom floor needed detailing in corners etc. Breakfast was underwhelming, instant eggs the only option, unseasoned mushrooms, undercooked bacon etc very plain. Dinner menu ok but service was slow and drinks forgotten. I had an ok experience overall

I have stayed with you twice in 2 weeks. The first time I stayed I wasn't asked about the Accor Program, of which I am a member. The stay last week you were applying my membership number to the stay, but I don't know if this occurred. On this stay I rang at 4.30pm to order some tea bags and hot chocolate satchels (that weren't refreshed from my first night) and also to order a bath robe and slippers. I was advised these would be 'on their way'. After 1.5 hours I rang to see where these items were....they were delivered after 2 hours!!! The week previously I ordered room service at 7.15pm for delivery at 7.45pm, only to have to ring for dinner (which I pre-paid by ordering in my room) at 8.15pm and for it to be delivered at 8.30pm - way too offer a refund or an apology - JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! Additionally, the check in process needs to be quicker and you need more staff on in Sydney. We waited 1/2 hour for a basic check in and the queue was huge.

Pleasant, my room was cleaned daily, all the staff i came across were friendly and helpful. I found the price of the breakfast to be excessive at $37

Check in took for ever, final invoice not emailed, which I have now requested. Bed was very soft, might suit some but very uncomfortable.
