Only positive are, car park and reception staff. Hotel should be renovated, and being cleaned better. Shower cabin dirty and mouldy, toilet smell unbelievably wrong.

Well located if you're driving a car. Everything is in 20 min car drive, shops, Downtown Bochum, Herne and Dortmund, incl DO Uni, several Einkauf Centres, etc. Renovated and clean, typical to Ibis Budget. A little bit noisy if room located on the Autobahn side, no local maps in the lobby, spacious and free illuminated parking. Perfect for staying overnight or not more than few days. Neighbours from other rooms may be a little bit noisy, too.

Renovated standard Ibis hotel. A little bit noisy and crowded. Good for staying overnight. Be ready to pay city tax. Everything in just 15 minutes of car drive. Location standard suburban close to autobahn A40, Dortmund and Bochum.

Hotel ok, satisfaction. Bad surprise with the course of reservation. On the ibis website the hotel offers "breakfast incuded". In fact, at spor the receptionist asks, if we want to have breakfast, since this was booked for adults only and not for children staying with us. We were a group of 4 adults and 4 children. Quite pitty for me, this looked as if I did not want to book the breakfast for children.

The reception staff at check in and at breakfast were very helpful and polite. Location of hotel was just what We needed close to motorway access. Hotel was clean and good comfortable beds.

It was fine. We were luck as we were in a room with a bunk bed and could use the Duvet off that as the Duvet on the bed didn’t reach across. The Pillows are absolute rubbish. They really do need to invest in some decent ones and give 2 per person. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice. The Hotel itself was clean and staff friendly.

Generaly satisfied, but please do not accept dogs in the hotels. There were dogs in at least 3 rooms and the barking of all of them was a little bit too much.

We stayed with our toddler and our pet cat. Room was nice and clean. We requested a quiet room which is exactly what we got. We requested a cot, but cots were not available at this hotel. Friendly staff and atmosphere. Quiet and enjoyable sleepover. We recommend.
