Good parking; quiet room; exactly as expected. A little difficult to find late at night, but I got there in the end

Always very helpful staff

Despite Ibis Budget Hotels network offers this same services no matter on location there are minor details to hotels that make them better than other ones. Giessen Linden was very well looked after. Spotless clean room. Top quality and fresh food on breakfast. Very helpful staff. Very "quiet" hotel.

As always perfect for what I wanted

The mattresses were really firm, however breakfast was OK.

Initially we checked in from Booth outside hotel. Got to the room and found there was a strong smell of urine from floor in WC. Wanted to change rooms but there was no one on reception. Later went to reception but it was very busy with other people checking in. So sprayed floor with perfume to disguise smell, which worked, however as we only had one night were reluctant to make another move so did not mention to staff in the morning. Breakfast and everything else was fine.

One night stay, family if 3 rest half way on a road trip. We had a restful sleep despite the laud music coming from somewhere around. We were grateful for the welcoming check in and the lovely restaurant recommend to us.

Helpful and cheerful staff on duty in the morning. Breakfast was decent value. Able to check in late at night after reception was closed. Lucky we had a sat nav to find it.

As expected + extra service from the awesome staff working there.

did online check-in but missed the message with access info - i had expected some sort of SMS but noticed too late that it was hidden in the invoice sent by email

Although the room was cleaned before my arrival, there was a unbeatable smell of cigarette that was impossible to get rid of even by leaving the large window open the whole night! Unable to sleep in the stink of cigarettes, I continued my car trip which defied the reason for a hotel next to the Autobahn. By far the worst stay in a hotel ever.
