I arrived slightly before 16:00 and the service desk was closed. I had to check-in using the machine, which was unhelpful regarding anything other than the check-in. I had other questions too. My luggage hadn't made it to Leipzig due to short connection time. It had to be delivered later on during the day by my airline. There was no receptionist to request the collection of it though. I had to remain in my hotel and miss my event, therefore. The only information regarding the opening hours of the reception desk were available in German.

I didn’t give the maximum grade because even if all the area was non smoking, from inside the toilet came a very strong smoke odor.

The room smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke as did my husbands pillow. We hardly slept as the smell was so strong.

Perfect mattresses, wifi and everything you need and expect from a stay with Ibis. Friendly hostess. Very fair price and good value for money. What could be improved though would be a better selection of foods from the morning buffet (eggs, bacon etc) - and also air condition in the room, since it quickly became very hot (July)

Hotel is not very expensive and so we didn‘t expect many extra features. But the room was nice and clean. Everything we really need was available for a short stay. But the best were the super friendly people from the reception, breakfast and room cleaning service.

the room was clean and tidy. it would have been nice to have a wash cloth or coffee maker. Breakfast was good with plenty of nice choices. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Check in process was delayed due to my phone battery dying just as i got to the entrance. so i had to wait outside for 30 minutes. Location is a little strange if you don't have a car, but i was able to walk to a nice restaurant at the Pension near by.
