Hotel was spotless, comfortable and breakfast was good. Would be improved if the management could move the smokers location, currently next to the front door, as all guests had to walk through smoke and although there was a double door system, the reception staff could not get away from the smoke either.

Hello, I am a used customer of Accor Hotels since many years already. So far, this was my worse experience with one of the hotels in Accor Network. Understood that Ibis Budget is not a fancy or high end hotel, and did not expected in such a way, especially for a one night stay, but my experience was awful. 1. The personnel attitude was unfriendly and not willing to give any information to customer 2. The rooms were small and smelly. A strong cigarette smell in the room. 3. The rooms were unclean. 4. Breakfast was average. I will think twice before choosing another stay @Ibis, or other Accor

I was in Ibis Budget before in Warsaw, Poland, but it was way more better. The room was smaller, not so modern. The hdmi port in the tv wasnt working, so you can't watch movies. It was kinda smelly all the time when we arrived to the room.

We stayed here twice with small kid and two dogs in August. The place is clean, friendly, close to the motorway, and even pet-friendly!! Highly recommended for tired travellers. Booked in advance so price was cheap. open 24/7, shops, café & restaurant close-by..

I booked to check in after 2000h but came quit early 1000am in the morning. Lady said no problem and I was in a room within 15min. Excellent service, always clean, brilliant breakfast and good location.

Convenient to Fraunhofer Institute, decent breakfast, my room had very good sound insulation vs the Autobahn nearby. There is a nearby cafe for more food options, and buses to Erlangen. Good price, good result.

In general an okay hotel just for an overnight. Unfortunately both non smoking rooms we booked smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. Beds are hard. Breakfast is just fine for the price. If the rooms smelled fresh I would book again.

Weird smell in the room; people smoking inside their room. Found sweet paper under bed. Noisy corridor. Understood it can check in with machine during staff off duty. Consider about someone not familar to use them, and there are staff in there, staff totally ignore there was someone out there need help.

The service I had experienced was great with respect to the value. I liked the room very much, it was clean and queit. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. The location was a bit far from Nuremberg zentrum but it was OK anyway. Of course I would recommend this place to others.

Excellent place for a night stay on the way right next to the A3 in Germany. Very clean and friendly hotel. great value for your money Room small but good enough to spend the night to have a good sleep and continue driving the next day

This was our second stay and not the last in this hotel. The room is good, the sleeping/bed/beddings are good. The staff was helpful. The only "problem" was that the breakfast room is rather small during the peak hour. But, to be honest, you can wait a bit and it is solved. Actually, we had a fire alarm at almost 10 pm, somebody probably tried to smoke, I guess. But the mood was really good, thanks to nice travellers staying in this hotel. So, the fire brigade ( arrived within minutes) was rather an entertaiment, than a problem. We just realised that there is a good place to have a meal in the neighbourhood, so next time we may report on it.

Cute hotel right on the highway. Excellent place to stay overnight on the way to your destination. Rooms are very clean, breakfast is very good. Staff very friendly when needed. In most of case you will not need staff since most of the services where staff is required are automated.

A simple and basic hotel, very simple check-in, no check-out needed. Free parking in front of the hotel. no cost hotel bar though. Next to the highway, but well isolated rooms, so no noise. Easy taxi drive to town.

We spent one night in this hotel after having an afternoon sightseeing in Nürnberg. It was a bit far from the centre, but easy to find it and the next morning after a good and various breakfast it was also easy to join to the highway. Even if the road is really close these windows work well and we had a really good sleep. The beds and beddings are really good. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will come back to this place, sure.

Having used the B&B hotel a couple of door down previously and being very pleased with them we were expecting similar from Ibis. We weren't disappointed, very clean well organised and everything was automated so no need for any service other than booking breakfast, which was done with some dry humour as reception hadn't opened at that point. Alongside the motorway you'll only know this when outside or if you open your window, closed with air con on or off you'd have no idea. Relatively easy to get to once off the motorway, sat nav made it easier than relying on paper directions. The rooms are adequate for an overnight stop, with TV and free wifi (which I didn't use but might try out on the return trip). Simply put, great location for the onward traveller, clean, friendly and good value. 👍🏻
