Easy ride to the city with bus 785 just around the corner. Kind staff, safe environment. We were let into the room prior to the posted check in time, very kind. For the price is was very clean and comfortable.

It's a good budget hotel. Small clean rooms with all the things you need. We stayed 2 night's and we had a good nights rest. 2 person. Bed is very small, my brother was sleeping in the upper bed. There are no elevators in the building. Staff where very friendly

Stayed two nights. Arrived with bus 785 from H.H-Allee and jumped off at Hoxbach(Dusseldorf) paid 2,80 for bus, 7 minut straight walk. but you save in bus fares jumping on at Hoxbach . Adjust your shower because it is on jet which really hurts your skin. Small breakfast (7,50)place so if a group arrives wait a little. Among the Neighbors is Jehovas Witnesses building , Staff friendly . Free Parking I guess so good if you have a car. 30 minutes busride to center of DD. Coffee mashine in breakfast makes good cappucchino. The area is not shopping friendly without car.

Never thought that smoking rooms still exist in Germany... The room smelled just like my grandmother's who was the chimney of the family. The staff tried to reduce it with keeping the windows constantly open - efforts totally in vain - resulting in chilly temperatures. (Good news: heating is fast and effective) Basic comfort, clean and cheap and that's all about it. Breakfast is good, but be aware that you have to book and pay it the day before.

I stayed in this hotel for a year. For the price this hotel delivers exactly what is advertised. The manager and staff are friendly without being over attentive. Rooms are basic but clean. Breakfast is good for the price. There is not a lot of local amenities but there is a great budget restaurant and bar in the next street (Cafe Hulsen). The bus service is dependable. The SBahn is however 35 mins walk away. If you have a car and little money this is perfect budget accommodation for singles or for couples on a short stay.
