I came to the hotel at night and checked in at the machine. After getting the room code, I went to the room which was completely messy and had not been cleaned. There were empty bottles on the floor, wet towels, dirty diapers from children and trash everywhere. The sheets were dirty. Do you have any cleaning, supervision or quality maintenance in general? I am very disappointed with the room I got. There was no staff at your office, I couldn't tell you about it and I was really tired of calling any service number in the middle of the night. And in the morning I was busy, I waited for the staff at the reception but I didn't see anyone and I didn't have time to wait. I have pictures of the condition of the room when I went there! I can send them to you so you can see the quality you offer! I demand compensation for this Very poor accommodation! Which email can I send the pictures to? Best regards Joonas Silvennoinen

Location, fair enough that one is on me a bit but to have airport in the title of hotel and require a €25 euro taxi to get there is a bit much. Room was basic which wasn’t unexpected for a budget hotel, sink in the main bedroom bit though, not the bathroom. Just odd. Bathroom smelled really bad, shower facilities awful. Main issue was atmosphere and collection of individuals who always seemed to be out front day and night making for an uncomfortable entrance, and when we were outside for cigarettes. Zero uncomplicated links to city centre that didn’t require walking through areas akin to a ghetto. Breakfast was incredibly poor with very few options and cost €11.50 each! On positive note, the man on reception was very nice and helpful.

There was no toilet paper in my room when I arrived and nobody around to ask until the morning. The sink overflow was gone and the refuse bin had not been emptied prior to my visit as there was what appeared to be an empty cigarette pack in it !
