We arrived at the hotel in the evening with 3 children, two of them with asthma. Despite the ban on smoking in the entire hotel, the smell of cigarette smoke is impossible. Breakfast in the morning is a nightmare. Dirty glasses. In the restaurant you are watched by a lady at the reception and a very unpleasant man who watches my table and makes comments in German. When I left the restaurant, I tried to put the medicines I gave to the children in my backpack. At that moment, the gentleman from security (?) sitting and watching, jumped up and started pointing something at me with his fingers and speaking in German. It turned out that my 5-year-old child was holding a half-eaten Nutella sandwich and wanted to leave the restaurant outside. The lady from the reception explained the behavior of her colleague with the rules. Unfortunately, because of a half-eaten sandwich, for which I paid, by the way, my child cried and was traumatized. I will never go back there and I will try to let everyone know the opinions about this hotel. Very surprising how you can be treated for your own money. I find this behavior extremely rude and against the rights of children and consumers.

We wanted a hotel by the autobahn and this filled the need nicely. It's a great price but we arrived late and had big problems with the self check-in that was quite stressful and didn't know how to get help. Thankfully, we got into our room eventually. The next morning the staff were quite rude about a few things outside of my control and it left quite a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't go back

stayed in this hotel due to loacation. close to highway, easy access to and from the hotel. stayed before the pandemic here, nothing change since then, nice room, clean, enough for one night. breakfast was quite good.

El hotel no respeto la reserva, cobro el dinero y al llegar no tenia las habitaciones, el personal del hotel fue muy grosero y dijo que no era su problema, la peor experiencia llegar a otro pais y ser estafado

Es un hotel situado en un pueblecito (Garbsen) a las afueras de Hannover, Su precio es muy económico y está todo limpio. La señora de la recepción es muy agradable. La relación calidad-precio de este hotel está muy bien. Para estar de paso es perfectamente correcto. Lo único malo es que se necesita GPS para llegar al centro de Hannover, pero a cambio tienes tranquilidad, wifi y un parking en un sitio seguro por unos 50 euros noche. No se puede pedir más. Muy recomendable.
