I was on business trip with friends. Considering that we used shared transportation, it was important to use accommodation in the same hotel.We arranged to book accommodation through the web portal in the IBIS BUDGET DUESSELDORF HILDEN. My reservation FPTDDVST. Unfortunately, there was only one room free and I had to cancel my reservation. My cancellation 5186 dated 23.08.2017-12:50:00.I made a new reservation with my friend in IBIS BUDGET DUESSELDORF AIRPORT br .FPTDHBBB. Considering the policy of IBIS BUDGET that there is no possibility of cancellation free of charge, I decided not to use the same chain of hotels anymore. Please delete my email address from your memory and do not send me any offers or advertisements.

A standard hotel with reasonable price and very clean. This hotel is in a very small distance from Geneva.Rooms are clean and everything is standard. This hotel has no elevator, but 2 floors. Parking is free and convenient and cheap breakfast is available.

Standard Ibis Budget, easy to reach rght off the highway, quiet, OK if you have your own means of transportation, or else you're pretty much stranded. Taxis are available but cost around 40€ from airport to hotel. One note regarding hygiene: toilet has extra paper roll placed on support next to toilet bowl, some 15 cm from floor and below toilet bowl level. This is wrong and hygienically unacceptable: toilet paper gets splashed with liquids from bowl getting flushed and male users. Extra paper roll must be at higher level and protected.

We stayed for four nights. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. View of lovely farm from our room. Check in was seamless. Staff were multi-lingual and helpful. They were very polite and attentive. Ample car park space.

Dear Sir/Madam, The hotel, room & service was OK. But unfortunately, the location was terrible. According to me yo must change this hotel name Ibis Budget Ratingen. Because it is not located in Dusseldorf Airport. So accept that it is a tricky situation to be able to get customers for this location. Best Regards, Ilker Cavdar

Ibis budget ( former Etap) is always our nr. 1 choice while traveling Europe. Ibis Budget Dusseldorf was in line of our expectations, although we have to admit that the blankets our to short, and the mattress is a bit hard.. Breakfast is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpfully. The hotel is easy to reach, and is situated in a quiet neighborhood. We will come back.

It is a decent budget hotel around Dusseldorf airport which is about 20 mins away. You get what you pay for and was not a bad deal at all with breakfast and decent speed of WiFi working. There is ample parking if you drive own car. Very close to a public bus stop and also have the facility for paid shuttle to the airport @ 20 Euro per person... cool ...stuff and the shuttle guy was punctual as well...

The Budget hotels are formed to keep your budget so you cannot expect luxury, but the hotel is cleen, personel in reception nice, polite. I fiind it good solution in high prices of Düsseldorf hotels if you do not stay in private homes. The only problem I had was the access to hotel as many roads were in reconstruction and if you find add sign in Retingen you wil go several kms bypass to get there, somwhere badly indicated. But if you may be have these "umlaitungs" in your update GPS, you will be OK?

This budget hotel is clearly "budget"....with bunk-type bed, sink in room and "all-in-one " shower/toilet room. Not representative of the standard Ibis hotel. The location is quite remote with a car a necessity.

You don't go to Ibis budget to get spoiled, but for its price it was pretty excellent! Good service, clean room and tasty breakfast. Location was good, very quit for a good night's rest, If i am in the area again I would return.

Good price for the room @ 40.00 EUR. However, there was no one at the reception at 12 noon on a Monday, so we were forced to use a Kiosk (which did not work). A rude hotel worker finally arrived and tried to solve the problem, but eventually I just paid her in cash for the room. As for the room itself, it had 2 uncomfortable beds surrounded by budget furnishings. The evening receptionist and her helper (daughter?) were exceptionally nice and very helpful. All things considered, I give this hotel 3 stars out of 5.

Great place - great staff - great value but the Pine Martins ate so much engine compartment rubber that my car had to go the garage to be fixed! Absolutely not Ibis fault or responsibility - but park away from trees - especially while engine is hot

To discribe this hotel as an airport Hotel is deliberately misleading as we ended up having to take a taxi costing 30 Euros. Also this hotel is in the middle of nowhere making onward travel very difficult and again expensive. We thus will be making a formal complaint under the trade descriptions act. THIS CAN IN NO WAY BE DESCRIBED AS AN AIRPORT HOTEL

It was easy to connect the autobahn but the price should be cheaper. There are more value for money hotels in Dusseldorf downtown. The parking and free of charge wireless connections were good for the entire stay, though.

it was a pleasant stay, quite easy access, need just to have more smile at the reception desk and more vegetables for breakfest (tomatoes etc.), the atmosphere was calm, the parking is well placed, the surrounding is nice
