Room was good in size, stunk of cigarette smoke and bathroom was dated.

Old road motel, unfit for IBIS chain

Surprised to see an IBIS hotel in such bad conditions. At checkin they wanted more money than on the website. We got a room with a child bed, that our 3 year old child could not use, according to safety sign. There was no personal to talk to in the evening.

the hotel doesn't look nice from outside when you arrive bit of a shock ! nice design but poorly look. a fresh paint and some colors will work i booked a triple room but was put in double went back to reception and then found out that triple was available so then got triple. courtyard is nice but also not well kept: when we went into garden we first had to go through so nettle plants. eur 105 for room is not so budget is it ?

Perfect - loved the garden - though missing aircon

It was perfect - we all had our own bed and we absolutely loved the little garden . The only complaint I would make was that it was very hot in the evening and we struggled to sleep . Aircon would have been useful

Appalling experience, my first Ibis stay and I will never stay again. the accommodation, facilities and area of the hotel were extremely poor and did not reflect the images on your website. There was no reception service for the duration of our stay juts a number for emergencies, so we had no opportunity to express our disappointment to possible change our room and sort out the overcharge on our account.

Usually stay in the Novotel next door but was fully booked this time. I’ve no problem with the budget facilities, however there was a heavy smell of smoke in the room, cigarette burns in the floor, large stains on the wall, the bathroom was below an acceptable standard and there was a glass full of smoked cigarette stubs on the outside window sill.

We came late at night. There was no paper left in the printer, and we couldn't write the code for the room. A stranger followed us and begged for money. Later in the night the neighbors to one side were very loud. And the neighbors to the other side were hammering on the walls. A car drove slowly by a couple of times. It was not a place I will come back to as a single woman. But in the morning we met the staff at the buffet and the young man who was working, was very kind.
