Faulty air conditioning was a safety concern

Mostly good but there was a fault with the air conditioning in Room 209 that was causing water to drip onto the ceiling tile by the door from the ceiling void. The ceiling tile was visibly sagging under the weight of water and there was a damp patch on one side. I was concerned the ceiling tile was going to fall down and injure someone so I reported it to the manager (at 10:30 on 15 June). The manager asked if I had been interfering with it (implying it was my fault), then said he would come up to my room to check it in 10 minutes. I waited until 11:30 and no-one came to make the ceiling tile safe. I had to switch off the airconditioning on one of the hottest nights of the year. The following morning (16th June) I reported it to the duty receptionist who said she would get maintenance to check it as soon as possible, but she said there was nothing in their logs about this fault from the previous evening even though I had reported it to the duty receptionist.

Easy check in and check out. pleasant stay. I also had to delay my booking from December 2021 so they offered me a voucher for alter use which I used in June 2022.
