The only redeeming factors to make me stay instead if going elsewhere are thec2 receptionists Sofia and Elizabeth plus the OK breakfast. If it wasn't for the receptionists concern, empathy and service it wiukd have been a dreadful stay.

Rooms and whole hotel needs a refurbishment or better maintenance. Breakfast is basic but good, but the staff who take care of the dishes and replenishment don't make any effort and there are always cups, plates, cutlery or half of the food missing, and always for a long time.
